Thank you for selecting Little Acorn Learning Center, a Behavior Matters Company, for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to help you meet the needs of your child.
The mission of Little Acorn Learning Center is to use ethical, humane and empirically validated methods and strategies to teach each client so that they can reach their greatest potential, improve their quality of life, and reach their greatest potential through the principles and techniques of applied behavior analysis.
The new client paperwork that you will be completing will help familiarize you with our policies and procedures regarding our ABA services. Additionally, the information you provide in this packet will help us in getting to know you and your child. Furthermore, the information will assist us in planning and designing a highly customized ABA program for your child. Therefore, we ask that you please take your time to review the information in this packet and to answer each question as thoroughly as possible.

Little Acorn ABA is now accepting new clients in SE Orlando. Sessions available from 9am-5pm. We are working to become in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA, Aetna, TRICARE, and United healthcare. We are able to accept single case agreements with most insurances as an out of network provider. Center coming to Lake Nona soon. Email LittleAcornLC@gmail.com for an intake packet. Sadly, we are not able to accept FL Medicaid because the state of FL is not accepting applications for single discipline practices.
